Announcing an updated reservations policy
We hope our updated policy will help our many captains who invite people. These changes take effect immediately.
We will reserve a certain number of spaces for your parish group based on the actual number of people who have attended in previous years. These "reserved spaces" will be held for your group up until two weeks prior to the retreat. The total number of reserved spaces will be shared among the captains representing a parish.
In addition, each retreat will also have a limited number of "open spaces" which are available to anyone on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have more retreatants than your reserved spaces, please send those additional names in. We will use the available open spaces for your extra names.
The number of open spaces will vary from retreat to retreat and we hope that this will give our captains room for growth in their groups. We also hope this will accomodate the many individuals who call in looking for a retreat.
The number of "reserved spaces" will be shared by all of the captains from a particular parish.
