July 13-19, 2020 Retreat with Sr. Melannie Svoboda, SND
When we are in touch with God’s great love for us, our hearts will be filled with song. This retreat focuses on some ways to nourish our song and our Christian discipleship: through the beauty and wonders of creation, prayer, friendship, loving service, letting go and forgiveness, gratitude, playfulness, hope, and courage during pain and sorrow. The use of scripture, music, stories, poetry, and short videos will hopefully deepen our relationship with a God who loves us more than we can imagine.
Melannie Svoboda, a Sister of Notre Dame from Chardon, Ohio for 55 years, received a Masters in English from Indiana University and a Masters in Spirituality from Duquesne University.
